This policy explains what information whitelabelproductions.com (“White Label Productions”, “we”) collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we need to run the shop.
When you buy something
To process an order we collect your name, email address and billing country, plus any billing details the payment form asks for. We use them to take payment, deliver your downloads, send your receipt and answer questions about the order. If you choose to create an account at checkout, we also store a login so you can find your downloads again later.
Payments are handled by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay) and PayPal. Your card or PayPal details go straight to them and are never stored on this site. Their own privacy policies apply to the information you give them. Their payment scripts load on the checkout page only, and they may use their own cookies there to prevent fraud.
Downloads
Product files are stored with Wasabi, a cloud storage provider. When you click a download link, this site checks that the link belongs to a paid order and then sends you to a private, short-lived link at Wasabi. Like any web server, Wasabi records technical details of the request (such as your IP address and the time) in its logs. We record how many times each download link has been used so we can apply download limits.
Contact form
If you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, the subject and your message. We use them only to reply. The form has a hidden spam trap; it does not use any outside spam service.
Visit statistics
We count page visits with Koko Analytics, which runs on this site’s own server. It does not use cookies, does not send data to any third party and does not build a profile of you. We only see totals such as how many people viewed a page and which websites sent them.
Cookies
The shop uses a few essential cookies to remember your cart and, if you log in, to keep you logged in. They are needed for the shop to work and are not used for advertising. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and page files are served from this site, not from outside font or ad networks.
Server logs
Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time) for security and troubleshooting. They are deleted automatically after a short period.
How long we keep information
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your question. If you created an account, it stays until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except order records we must keep by law). Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR or US state privacy laws. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
