Everything we sell is a digital download that you receive immediately and can keep. Because a download cannot be returned, we handle refunds as follows.
When we will help
- A file is broken or won’t open. We will send you a working copy. If we cannot fix it, we will refund you.
- The product is not as described (for example, files listed on the product page are missing). We will send what is missing or refund you.
- You were charged twice or bought the same product twice by mistake. We will refund the duplicate.
- You cannot access your download. We will sort out the link for you.
Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with.
When we can’t refund
Once you have downloaded a working product that matches its description, we can’t offer a refund for a change of mind. At checkout you ask for immediate access to the download and acknowledge that this ends the cancellation right that would otherwise apply to digital content. Please read the product page and the license terms before buying, and ask us if anything is unclear.
